Staging Tips That Help Homes Sell

Staging does not have to mean renting furniture—often it is about editing what you already have so buyers see space and light.

Light and neutral

Open blinds, turn on lamps, and use light, neutral tones where possible. Bright rooms photograph better and feel larger in person.

Define each room

Help buyers understand how they would use the space: a clear dining area, a desk nook, or a primary bedroom that feels calm and uncluttered.

Small touches

Fresh towels in bathrooms, a bowl of fruit in the kitchen, and seasonal flowers at the entry create a polished impression without major expense.
